Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Jetsyn platform, websites, and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Jetsyn on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.

Jetsyn is an AI employee and AI workspace platform. It provides hosted AI agents and a cloud workspace that operate on the tasks and data you give them. Features, plans, and capabilities may change over time as the platform develops.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Jetsyn.

You agree not to use Jetsyn to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malware, attempt to access other customers' environments or data, probe or disrupt the security or integrity of the service, or generate content that is illegal or abusive. You are responsible for the actions you direct your AI agents to take.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan only if you choose to continue. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the data, instructions, and content you provide to the service ("your content"). You grant Jetsyn the limited rights needed to host, process, and operate the service for you. Each customer workspace runs in its own isolated environment. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you submit.

The Jetsyn platform, software, and brand are owned by Jetsyn and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the platform itself. Custom agents and configurations you author remain yours.

Jetsyn runs on and integrates with third-party services, including cloud infrastructure, AI model providers, and tools you choose to connect. Your use of those services through Jetsyn may also be subject to their own terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or acting on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetsyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Jetsyn and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other customers. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
