Docs · AI SDR

A white-label outbound rep that ships one config at a time.

The AI SDR runs a full outbound motion end to end — prospect, personalize, send, triage, and book. The niche, the ideal customer, the offer, and the one next-step are all runtime config. Point it at a different config and it works a different vertical with no code change.

What it is

One AI employee. Any vertical. No rebuild.

The AI SDR is a Jetsyn AI employee: an agent plus a toolkit that owns the outbound sales loop for whatever business deploys it. The model does the research and writes the copy; the toolkit does what code does best — dedupe, score, persist, and gate every send.

It is sold and run as a product, not a one-off build. The same package serves a home-services company and a B2B software founder, because nothing about either vertical is written into the code. It lives in the example configs you copy and replace.

The binding rule

The niche is config. Never code.

Niche, ideal customer, offer, proof points, sender, channels, sequence, tone, and the one fixed next-step all arrive at runtime. The pipeline only ever knows field names, never field values.

The test is simple: two leads, two configs, must produce different copy with zero code change. If the output reads the same no matter which config is loaded, something is hardcoded — and that is a bug, not a feature.

The motion

Prospect, personalize, send, triage, book.

01

Prospect

Pull a target list from any source, dedupe it, and score every lead against your ideal-customer profile. The list builder only knows how to read a source; what counts as a fit is your config.

02

Personalize

For each qualified lead, write a first-touch, a follow-up sequence, and a short Loom script — each opening on something specific and true about that lead, each ending on your one fixed next-step.

03

Send

Queue the batch through a pluggable channel. Safe by default: it drafts everything for review and sends nothing real until a human approves. No surprise blasts.

04

Triage

Classify every reply, qualify the interested ones against your ICP, and draft the booking message that carries your exact next-step. It never auto-responds; a human approves before anything goes out.

05

Book

Qualified-and-interested leads get steered to the single next-step on your calendar. Booked meetings are the only success metric, and the funnel is built around getting there.

Safe by default

It cannot send anything real without you.

Drafts before sends

The default channel writes message files for review and touches no network. A real send is gated behind an explicit human go-ahead.

Triage never auto-replies

Replies are classified and surfaced. A person approves every client-facing message before it leaves.

Qualification can veto a booking

An interested lead that fails your ICP — a student, a competitor, out of geography — is not booked, even though it parsed as interested.

The offer is never guessed

If the offer, ICP, next-step, or sender is missing from config, the run stops and asks. A wrong offer in a cold message burns the lead permanently.

You can watch it work

A live funnel, not a black box.

The AI SDR reports its funnel to a live dashboard tile in six universal stages: prospected, personalized, queued, sent, replied, and booked. You see the counts move in real time and the single next action it is about to take.

Booked is the only stage that counts as a win. Everything else is a step toward it, and the dashboard makes the whole path visible so you always know where the pipeline stands.
